By adopting the new generation of Codec and DSP, built-in ARM Cortex M0 and crystal oscillator system, its own algorithm library can complete one-button high-performance ANC. 61S/61D is a single DSP design and dual DSP design respectively, which is suitable for the intelligent active noise reduction of FF and Hybrid respectively.

Codec and DSP system are optimized specifically for ANC application scene, supporting 768kHz 24bit sampling, system’s A2A delay is close to analog circuit. For ANC performance, it can be benchmarked and exceeded all existing leading headphones (maximum depth >40db, maximum width 30~2500hz)
  No need for any external circuit, connecting the microphone and speaker can form a complete ANC system. The built-in noise cancellation algorithm firmware enables on-line measurement of the headphones. The ANC Builder and ANC Cloud Service enable one-click noise cancellation adaptation to achieve Plug&Go on the production line. In addition, the intelligent mass production algorithm can help the production line to correct the deviation of the consistency caused by acoustic components and installation.

HT-plug&go based on the fully integrated digital ANC module HT002 and HAM, through the bidirectional optimization of the controlled object (acoustic structure of the headset) and the controller (noise reduction chip and algorithm) to achieve better noise reduction performance and higher product yield.

 
A series of technical barriers, such as efficient chip system, ideal acoustics design, accurate acoustics measurement, optimal control algorithm and so on, have long constrained the development of high-performance active noise reduction systems from production management to efficient production and easy delivery of production lines. With years of experience with acoustic engineering, chip technology and control algorithms, we continue to integrate industry know-how, and take advantage of our own “HTCloud” to replace the complex noise cancellation tuning. With Plug&Go components of user-end, minimal SOP and high product yield are implemented.

Including headphones sound cavity structure design and acoustic components selection. Based on professional acoustic measurement and simulation technology, cross-confirmation with ANC Marker. Through multiple iterations of the design phase, it helps the customer to control and determine the sound cavity structure that can be applied to noise cancellation and ensure the passive sound quality at the same time. At this node, the noise cancellation performance indicators approved by both parties are clearly defined.

 
ANC Marker is our self-developed noise reduction system design platform. It models the system based on the acoustic transfer function of headphones, calculates the state space model of its optimal controller, and finally defines a series of controller templates and parameter spaces.
 
ANC Builder, as our ANC verification tool, can start the on-line measurement program of the headphones, verify the noise reduction results of the ANC Marker during the design phase, and determine the tolerance of the ANC performance according to the process consistency level during the trial production phase.
  Mass production of ANC headsets has always been a pain point in the industry, analog or traditional digital noise cancellation are both based on fixed filter templates. Then in order to ensure noise reduction performance, the acoustic structure of headphones must meet strict consistency requirements, however, which has exceeded the factory technical capacity. 
 
Plug&Go technology will fundamentally solve the above problems and realize Plug&Go intelligent mass production for high performance noise cancellation headphones.
For example, after a headphone is assembled, the operator inserts the USB cable into the headphone. At this moment, the end-to-cloud system will perform a sophisticated Tuning process and get the optimal noise cancellation result. At the same time, the headphone corresponds to the calibration parameters and authorization certificates will be generated automatically. Afterwards, in the cloud-to-end feedback process, the system uses algorithms to adapt and compensate for the differences between various headphone structures to achieve higher noise performance and better yields. This kind of flexible adaptive noise reduction from the Cloud to End, no human involvement except for wearing, greatly reduced operating costs, but realized the perfect consistency of mass production.
